5. Secure Transactions: We follow secure payment policies, including cash-only payments and advance payments for clients outside our primary regions, to protect all parties involved.

6. Verification Process: For new buyers from Surat and Mumbai who wish to pay the remaining balance later (such as within 10 days or up to 1 month) via cheque or demand draft, we require a trusted local reference to build mutual trust and ensure smooth transactions. Buyers who pay the full amount in cash upfront from these locations do not need to provide a reference.

   For buyers from other locations, advance payment is mandatory before proceeding with the order.

7. Confidentiality: Client information and transaction details are kept strictly confidential and never shared without consent.

8. Accountability: We take responsibility for our products and services, addressing any concerns promptly and fairly.
